Important information
- Apple tour with Luis: We offer weekly farm tours with a tour of the apple orchards by the landlord Luis on request!
- Fresh fruit and vegetables: Seasonal fruit and vegetables are offered at the farm.
- For children aged 0 to 18 years there is a charge of 15.00 Euro per day
- Wireless internet service available in all appartements
- Fresh bread service available.
- Rates include water, electricity and heating.
- Parking in the underground garage
- Pets are not allowed.
- On the arrival day the apartments are available from 3:00pm, on the departure day check out is before 10:00am.
- For a stay of less than 2 days we apply a surcharge of 15%.
- In case of anticipated departure we will charge the entire amount.
- Reservations can not be considered confirmed until we receive written confirmation and a deposit.
- Credit and EC cards are not accepted.
- Sunday’s arrivals and departures available on a request basis.
- The reservation is considered binding after the deposit has been paid
Local tax
- The local tax will be levied on a per-guest and per overnight stay. The ammount is € 2,45 Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.
